Pamela Flaherty

Pamela Flaherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and system improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Sensitech since December 2012, Pamela identifies and implements best practices while mentoring new business analysts. Previously, as a Business Analyst, collaboration with Product Managers facilitated the transformation of high-level business requirements into detailed software requirements for engineering teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a Requirements Analyst at the Copyright Clearance Center, focusing on evaluating and streamlining business processes, as well as a Business Systems Analyst at EBSCO Publishing, where Pamela oversaw multiple systems and implemented process improvements. Pamela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Technology from Northeastern University and an Associate's Degree in Communications from Lyndon State College, alongside ongoing certifications in Information & Computer Technology from Endicott College.
