Grant Leach

Grant Leach has held a number of executive roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Managing Director of CROSSMARK, where they led the organization to become New Zealand's leading Retail Sales and Merchandising service provider. In 2017, they became the CEO of Living Green Group, where they were responsible for revenue growth and transformation. In 2019, they took on the role of General Manager at Permobil, where they developed and implemented a growth strategy in a conservative, mature government funded market. Later in 2019, they also became a Co-Founding Director at Sensitive Home, where they were responsible for sales and brand launch, market positioning, and ongoing governance. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Urban Green Limited, where they are leading the company as NZ's leader in controlled environment agriculture.

Grant Leach completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The University of Auckland. Their majors were in Accounting, Finance, Commercial Law and Marketing. Grant also holds a certification in BCom (Accounting, Finance and Commercial Law) & Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The University of Auckland.
