Rafaela Goulart Rosado

Rafaela Goulart Rosado has been working in Human Resources since 2015, when they started as a Generalist at Protec Produtos Agrícolas. In 2021, they moved to Germinare as a Coordenator of Human Resources, and in 2022 they were appointed Head of People and Culture at Sensix Agro.

Rafaela Goulart Rosado is currently attending Universidade de Uberaba, studying for a degree in Direito since 2018. Rafaela has also obtained certifications from Udemy, Qulture.Rocks Brasil, Employer Brandig Experiencie, and Ser Mais Criativo in Google Data Studio, Introdução às OKRs, Profissão BP de RH, and Oratória Criativa respectively, with the most recent certification obtained in December 2021.
