Floris Roukens

Floris Roukens is an experienced professional with a focus on waste management solutions and business development. Currently serving as the Managing Director Benelux at Sensoneo since April 2023, Floris leads initiatives in smart waste management. Concurrently, Floris holds a position in New Business Development at Świat Pojemników, a market leader in Polish waste management solutions. As the Owner of BidieHol & BidieBel Holding since June 2020, Floris has further diversified expertise. Previously, as CEO of VitaBin from January 2012 to December 2022, Floris guided the company through significant growth in the waste management sector. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at Zweva Environment, R&D Engineer at Zweva Engineering, ICT Manager at Professor Fiscus, and various positions during academic tenure at Delft University of Technology and other organizations. Floris holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering and several statements of accomplishment in related fields.
