Charlotte Eijsvoogel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

In these roles, they managed a multinational team, developed and launched global products, delivered education on product strategy and leadership, and organized training conferences across different regions.
Furthermore, they had an internship as an Intern Researcher at the Academic Medical Center (AMC) and worked at Bislife as Donorscreening.

Charlotte Eijsvoogel attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem from 2001 to 2007, earning a Gymnasium degree with a focus on Health & Nature. Charlotte then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Medicine at the University of Amsterdam from 2007 to 2014.
