Charlotte Eijsvoogel

Charlotte Eijsvoogel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Their most recent position was as the Head of Product at Sensorfact, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Future Crops as the Director of Strategy and Product Development from March 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining Future Crops, Charlotte served as the Interim CFO/COO at CIRCLE CLOSET from December 2021 to March 2022.

Charlotte also has extensive experience at Bain & Company, where they held multiple roles from 2015 to 2021. Their roles at Bain included Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant, and (Senior) Associate Consultant. Charlotte focused on strategy consulting with a specialization in Social Responsibility and Sustainability, Digital, Strategy, and Transformation in industries such as Consumer Products, HealthTech, and Private Equity.

During their career, Charlotte also worked as a Business Development Manager at PharmAccess Foundation, where they played a key role in growing their mobile healthcare payment platform M-TIBA. Charlotte was involved in various areas such as B2B sales, investment thesis, healthcare quality, and organizational transformation.

Prior to their roles in the corporate sector, Charlotte worked at AIESEC International as the Global VP Operations, President of AIESEC The Netherlands, National Support Team member, and Local Product Manager. In these roles, they managed a multinational team, developed and launched global products, delivered education on product strategy and leadership, and organized training conferences across different regions.

Furthermore, they had an internship as an Intern Researcher at the Academic Medical Center (AMC) and worked at Bislife as Donorscreening.

Through their work experience, Charlotte has demonstrated expertise in product development, strategy, business development, and organizational transformation.

Charlotte Eijsvoogel attended Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem from 2001 to 2007, earning a Gymnasium degree with a focus on Health & Nature. Charlotte then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Medicine at the University of Amsterdam from 2007 to 2014.
