Marcello de Carlini

Marcello De Carlini is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Head of Operations for Western Europe at Sensormatic since May 2018, overseeing installation and service activities across Italy, France, BeNeLux, and Switzerland. Prior to that role, Marcello held key positions at Tyco Retail Solutions from September 2010 to April 2018, focusing on account management and RFID business development for top national and international clients. Earlier experience includes sales and business development roles at Flowserve and Philips, where responsibilities covered parts business opportunities and product category management, respectively. Marcello holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has completed multiple advanced training programs, including a Master in Project Management and courses in sales and financial modeling.
