Kristin Bernardi is an experienced project manager with a strong background in sensory research and quality specialty. Currently at Sensory Spectrum since October 2019, Kristin manages multiple sensory projects for major consumer packaged goods companies, emphasizing taste perception and flavor acceptance. Prior roles include senior quality specialist at Givaudan from September 2017 to September 2019, and a progression of responsibilities at Gustatec Corporation from assistant director of sensory to senior sensory project leader between October 2010 and September 2017. Kristin also has experience as a personal trainer at Mendham Health and Racquet Club from 2006 to 2011, and held positions at Givaudan Flavors and Takeda USA earlier in the career, ranging from senior account executive to account executive and associate food technologist.
