Victoria D. Harker

Ms. Harker has served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of TEGNA, Inc. since June 2015 when Gannett Co. spun off its broadcast and digital businesses; in 2017, TEGNA spun off and sold its digital businesses. She served as CFO of Gannett from July 2012 to June 2015. Prior to joining Gannett in July 2012, Ms. Harker served as the CFO and President of Global Business Services of the AES Corporation, a diversified, multinational power generation and utility company. Earlier in her career, she held several key leadership roles at MCI, including Acting CFO and Treasurer of MCI and CFO of MCI Group, a unit of World-Com Inc.

Ms. Harker is a member of the American University Advisory Council for the Kogod School of Business. She served as a trustee on the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia from 2012 to 2016 and continues to serve on a number of advisory boards.
