Supervisor, Support Services at Sentact

Drew Semego has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2012, they joined Hollister Co. as part of the Impact Team, where they honed their teamwork and customer service skills while processing shipments and managing inventory. In 2015, Drew interned at Lindenmeyr Munroe, initially working at the store and warehouse area before transitioning to the office where they assisted in the sample department. The following year, they returned to Lindenmeyr Munroe for another internship, taking on more responsibilities such as confirming shipments and placing paper orders from schools. In 2017, Drew joined First Commonwealth Bank as a Financial Solutions Specialist, focusing on providing exceptional service to customers and assisting them in achieving their financial goals. Finally, in 2018, they joined Sentact, starting as a Technical Support Specialist before being promoted to a Support Specialist Team Lead and, most recently, a Supervisor of Support Services. These experiences have equipped Drew with a diverse skill set and a strong foundation in customer service, support, and leadership.

Drew Semego attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In September 2017, they received a certification in Accounting Foundations, followed by a certification in Excel 2016: Managing and Analyzing Data in the same month. In February 2018, they obtained certifications in Body Language for Leaders, Introduction to Photography, and Learning Speed Reading. Lastly, in April 2018, they earned certifications in Making Investment Decisions and Sustainability Strategies.
