Nikki DeLuca-Gartner, Ed.D.

Nikki DeLuca-Gartner, Ed.D., has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as an Assistant Editor at Playboy Magazine for two years. From 2010 to 2012, Nikki was a High School English Teacher at Wallington High School. Nikki then became an Adjunct Instructor at Virginia College from 2012 to 2014. In 2012, they also started working as an ELA Teacher at Givhans Alternative until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they held the position of English Instructor & Graduation Advisor at Bishop England High School. During this time, they also worked at Capella University as an Academic Success Assistant from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, Nikki became the English Department Lead at ALLEGRO CHARTER SCHOOL OF MUSIC, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Client Success Manager at Sentact.

Nikki DeLuca-Gartner, Ed.D. began their education journey at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from 2004 to 2008. Nikki continued their academic pursuits at the same institution and received a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching- English from 2010 to 2012. Nikki furthered their education by pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Capella University from 2015 to 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nikki has obtained several certifications. This includes being named on the President's List for the Spring of 2020 at Capella University. Nikki also holds teacher certifications for 6-12 English in both South Carolina (active) and New Jersey (original). Most recently, Nikki obtained the ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America in June 2023.
