Cody Leeworthy Pt

Cody Leeworthy PT, DPT is a skilled physical therapist currently serving as the Team Coordinator at Sentara Health since November 2024 and also providing services at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Orthopaedic & Spine Center, where Cody worked as a physical therapist from July 2018 through November 2024. Cody holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Health Promotion from Liberty University. Cody’s clinical training includes multiple DPT internship experiences at various health institutions. Prior to working in physical therapy, Cody gained experience as a personal trainer at LA Fitness.
