Ian Noga

Ian Noga is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in laboratory services management. Currently serving as Vice President at Sentara Healthcare since January 2019, Ian oversees system laboratory services across twelve hospitals and five free-standing emergency departments, contributing significantly to a system-wide transformation plan that garnered a CEO award. Previously, Ian held the role of Executive Director at Sentara Healthcare, managing over 800 FTEs across multiple laboratory divisions. Ian's career also includes leadership positions at ACCUMEN Inc. and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed substantial revenue oversight and regulatory compliance. An active volunteer, Ian served as a Board Member for Breast Care for Washington. Ian holds an MBA from Florida International University and a B.S. in Clinical Biology from Barry University.
