Leigh Anne Schierer

Leigh Anne Schierer has extensive experience in healthcare management and occupational therapy, currently serving as a Senior Process Improvement Engineer and Director of Strategic Transformation at Sentara Health since June 2010. Previous roles at Sentara include Quality Manager and Team Coordinator for the Sentara Ambulatory Therapy Network, where oversight involved managing two therapy centers, including operations, budget, program development, marketing, and staff development.
