Tina Fleck

Tina Fleck brings SENTÉ over 20 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, in which she has lead product development and formulation groups culminating in the creation of marketing disruptive technologies and iconic products. In addition, she has a broad experience in manufacturing scale-up, regulatory, quality control and marketing support. Prior to SENTÉ, Tina was a Principal Scientist/Sr. Manager Formulation Development for SkinMedica, an Allergan Company, where she managed the formulation laboratory and the development of physician-dispensed skin care products.
