Lesedi Precious Gwafila has worked in various organizations including Sentebale and Botswana Network On Ethics Law & HIV/AIDS. Lesedi Precious has experience as a Case Manager and Community Based Monitor, providing psychosocial support and counseling to clients. Lesedi has also worked as a Temporary Assistant Social Welfare at Bobirwa Sub District Council, developing databases and assessing the impact of COVID-19. Additionally, Lesedi Precious served as a Social Work Intern at the Ministry of Defence Justice & Security, where Lesedi Precious provided guidance and counseling to staff, grief and PTSD counseling for the refugee community, and empowerment programs for youth. Lesedi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Botswana.
