Adolfo De la torre

Adolfo De la torre has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Adolfo began their career at Telefonica Movistar in 1990, where they managed the construction and operation of a cellular carrier network. Prior to that, they attended the Instituto Tecnologico de Tijuana from 1985 to 1990, earning a degree in Ingeniero Industrial y Electronica (Industrial and Electronics Engineering).
