Alex Stephens

Alex Stephens has worked in the engineering industry for nearly two decades. Alex began their career in 2001 as a Staff Systems Engineer and Hardware Engineer for Lockheed Martin. In 2011, they moved to Goodrich as a Staff Systems Engineer, where they were the chief systems architect for Vireo and Optio SUAS product lines. In 2012, they became Engineering Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they were responsible for managing a team of 9 engineers in the development of small UAS products while achieving strong customer relationships. Alex was also in charge of an $8M SUAS product development, managing budget, schedule and technical baseline. In 2014, they became Lead Systems Engineer at FourthWing Sensors, LLC. Finally, in 2015, they joined Sentera as Director of Hardware Products and Chief Systems Engineer.

Alex Stephens attended the University of Minnesota from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
