Joel Hawkins

Joel Hawkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and account management. Currently serving as Divisional Director at Sentinel since September 2013, Joel has spearheaded the growth of the Central and Eastern European Division while managing operational responsibilities. Previously, as Key Account Manager, Joel oversaw Czech Operations and managed large MSP accounts, gaining a reputation for exceeding expectations in complex recruitment programmes across various industries. Prior experience includes a role as a Data & Analytics Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Saga Group Ltd., where Joel developed skills in sales and customer service as a Senior Representative. Joel holds a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University and completed studies at Bexhill College.
