Doug Dustin

Doug joined Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in 2012. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the finance and accounting team in overseeing the company’s budgets, estimates, financial reporting, financial operations, treasury, tax & compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, and other regulatory audits/ reviews. Doug is responsible for ensuring the company’s assets and resources are deployed effectively to execute and deliver on the company’s strategies.

Prior to joining Sentinel, Doug held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in various industries. He served as the Vice President of Finance at Thomson CompuMark, a division of Thomson Reuters, and was also the Controller of SmartBargains Inc., CO Space Inc. and MTV Networks. He recently served as a finance consultant at EMD Serono in Rockland, MA.
