Lisa Hamill

Lisa Hamill, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Sentinel Group since June 2018. In this role, Lisa oversees administration within the People & Culture department, focusing on onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance recognition, while also managing full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions. Prior to this, Lisa held various marketing positions including Marketing Specialist at Sentinel Group, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant at Live Nation Entertainment, as well as roles at Greater Media and Merrimack College. Lisa's strong educational background includes a Master of Science in Corporate & Organizational Communication from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Merrimack College, and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
