David Witthuhn

David Witthuhn is a First Vice President responsible for commercial property asset management, including office, industrial and retail assets. He is also a member of Sentinel’s client servicing team for the MENA region. Mr. Witthuhn joined Sentinel in 2014 and has worked on property transactions, due diligence and asset management since that time. Prior to joining Sentinel, Mr. Witthuhn worked in various asset management roles for the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Paramount Group, Inc. He received a BA from the George Washington University, an MS in Real Estate Investment & Development from New York University and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
