Karen Charde

Karen Charde is a Managing Director responsible for oversight of all asset and property management for Sentinel’s core and core-plus residential portfolio, as well as our National Urban strategy assets. She joined Sentinel in 1998 as an accountant and has served as an Asset Manager in several regions and most recently as a Regional Director of Real Estate responsible for asset and property management for Sentinel’s high-rise/mid-rise residential portfolio group. Prior to joining Sentinel, she was a Supervisor with Kostin, Ruffkess & Co., LLC, a regional certified public accounting firm in Connecticut. Ms. Charde holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Connecticut and New York.
