Rachel Seither

Rachel Seither has extensive experience in the employee benefits industry. Rachel is currently working as the Director of Client Services, Employee Benefits at Sentinel since December 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Gallagher, starting in 2019. In their roles at Gallagher, they served as a Client Service Leader from February 2022 to October 2022 and as a Client Manager Team Lead from August 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Gallagher, Rachel worked at Hill, Chesson & Woody, now Gallagher, where they served as a Client Manager for over 11 years. Earlier in their career, Rachel held positions as a Corporate HR Generalist at American Fibers and Yarns Company, a Benefits Consultant at the North Carolina State Health Plan, and an Associate Benefits Analyst at CarMax. Rachel also worked at ALTERthought as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator and an Office Coordinator, and at Phi Sigma Sigma Fraternity, Inc. as a National Field Consultant.

Rachel Seither attended Radford University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English. Rachel then went on to attend the University of Richmond from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Human Resources Management. Prior to their college education, Rachel attended Mills E. Godwin High School, although no specific years or degrees were provided for this period.
