Elliot Kinch has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Elliot co-founded Sentinel Subsea Ltd. in 2018, where they serve as the Director of Business Development. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Well Deploy, a specialist well solutions company, from 2016 onwards. Elliot also held positions as a Director, Chair, and Committee Member at ICoTA - European Chapter of the Intervention & Coil Tubing Association from 2015. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Director at Smart Well Solutions Ltd. In addition, they served as a Business Development Manager at Interwell from 2014 to 2016 and Omega Completion Technology from 2013 to 2014. Elliot Kinch has a diverse education history. In 1986, they completed their primary education at Cults Primary. Elliot then attended Cults Academy, where they obtained a standard grade education from 1990 to 1994.
After finishing high school, Elliot pursued a 4-year apprenticeship in Marine & Mechanical Engineering at the Technical College in Aberdeen from 1994 to 1998. Elliot obtained a SVQ degree through this apprenticeship program.
In 2010, Elliot enrolled at the University of Aberdeen and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management.

Additionally, Elliot has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they received the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certification and a STEM certification from STEM Ambassadors. Moreover, they earned the STEM Ambassador certification multiple times, with 15 hours of engagement in 2019/2020, 15 hours in 2021/2022, and 30 hours in 2018/2019. Most recently, in 2023, Elliot engaged in 30 hours of STEM Ambassador activities and earned the STEM Ambassador certification from STEM Learning.
