Krista Lemon

Krista Lemon is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in internal communications, talent branding, and digital content strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communication & Talent Brand at SentinelOne, Krista leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture, including the successful implementation of the organization’s first intranet. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Integral Molecular, where Krista developed omnichannel marketing plans, and founder of The Grit Collective, a wellness coaching business focused on habit formation. Krista has also held positions in digital marketing and communications at various organizations, including managing the Amazon Fresh program at Dietz and Watson and producing cross-department content at Cooper University Hospital. Krista holds a B.A. in English from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
