Sathish Bowatta

Sathish Bowatta is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical support, cybersecurity training, and information security. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at SentinelOne since May 2022, Sathish delivers high-level support for enterprise customers across the EMEA, APAC, and US regions while managing escalations and conducting root cause analyses. Concurrently, as a Lead Trainer at SecureNinja Cybersecurity Training & Services, Sathish leads bootcamp training programs for various cybersecurity certifications. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at LSEG Technology, where responsibilities included managing high-availability environments, and Systems Engineer positions at MillenniumIT ESP and Exetel, focusing on incident response and service upgrades.
