Tristan Orford

Tristan Orford is an experienced executive in Total Rewards and compensation, currently serving as Vice President at SentinelOne since April 2022. In this role, Tristan leads Total Rewards functions, including broad-based and executive compensation, and oversees People team initiatives related to M&A transactions. Notable achievements include overhauling the company’s bonus and performance share plans, improving stock granting frameworks, and implementing cost-saving modifications to benefits and retirement plans. Prior to SentinelOne, Tristan held multiple leadership positions at Electronic Arts, focusing on global compensation strategy and program enhancements, and was pivotal in M&A-related compensation matters. Earlier career experiences include roles at Riot Games, Kelso & Company, and Credit Suisse, where Tristan developed strong skills in financial modeling and strategic assessment. Tristan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound.
