Currently serving as Director of Operations at Sention Technologies Limited and as a Consultant at Rocket A Consulting, Gwenn provides strategic advice to early-stage deep-tech climate startups. Prior roles include Chief of Staff EMEA at CREO, where Gwenn facilitated investment in climate solutions, and UK Country Manager & Senior Programme Manager at ARK Group DMCC, overseeing global capacity development projects related to refugee integration and conflict impact. Earlier experience includes serving as a Deployable Civilian Expert for the UK Government's Stabilisation Unit and various strategic roles in the French Navy. Gwenn holds a Master of International Policy Studies from La Trobe University and is pursuing a Master of Engineering from The Open University, alongside prior military education and training in cinematography.
