Sarah Gallardo

Sarah Gallardo has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Sarah started their career in 2001 with the Gallup Organization as a Market Researcher. Sarah then joined The Irvine Company in 2004 as a Community Manager, where they played a key role in integrating an acquired asset and establishing brand awareness in a new market. In 2014, they joined Shea Properties as a Senior Community Manager and General Manager, overseeing the growth of the company from 3k to 6k units and identifying opportunities for increased operational efficiency. Sarah later joined Essex Property Trust in 2019 as a Sr Manager of Ancillary Income and Manager of Parking, where they strategically leveraged parking to increase revenue across residential and retail assets. Currently, they are the Director of Revenue Enhancement at Sentral, a position they started in 2021.

Sarah Gallardo attended UC Irvine from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from UC Irvine.
