Dale Kuphall

Dale Kuphall is an experienced quality and safety professional with a strong background in management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Safety at Sentry Equipment since July 2015, Kuphall has previously held roles as Quality Manager and Quality Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes Quality Manager positions at Milcut Incorporated and Ultra Tool & Mfg., where notable achievements included directing ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System activities and leading efforts that resulted in the lowest Parts Per Million (PPM) in over four years. Kuphall also has a solid foundation in customer account management and process engineering, focused on reducing manufacturing costs and improving product quality. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and studies at Waukesha County Technical College.
