James Lasley

James Lasley currently serves as the VP & General Manager at Sentry since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lasley held multiple leadership positions at CL&D from May 2018 to April 2024, including Director of SC Operations and Plant Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Mauser from December 2016 to May 2018, and at Coveris Group from June 2014 to December 2016, where Lasley also held roles as Logistics Manager and Performance System Specialist. Lasley's career began in the United States Marine Corps as an Officer from May 2005 to May 2012, preceded by a Six Sigma Black Belt role at TAMKO from May 2012 to May 2014. Lasley earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering Core Curriculum and Political Science from the United States Naval Academy in 2005 and furthered education at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
