Beth Germain

Beth Germain is a seasoned professional in privacy and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Privacy at Sentry since June 2024. Previously, Beth held multiple senior management roles at Revance, focusing on enterprise risk and commercial compliance from August 2021 to May 2024. Beth's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at WEA Trust, where Beth served as Privacy Officer & Internal Audit Administrator, overseeing compliance and privacy activities from July 2010 to August 2021. Earlier career experiences include working as a Policy Assistant at the Wisconsin Medical Society from November 2007 to February 2010. Beth holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Change from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
