Javier Alejandro Sotelo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Sentry since May 1998. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent, Javier has progressed through various roles including Director of Employment & Employee Relations and Associate Director of Employment and Employee Relations, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and employee relations initiatives. Throughout the career at Sentry, involvement in different HR capacities has included supporting diverse business functions, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering effective workforce development. Prior to these roles, Javier also gained valuable experience as a Claim Representative, handling various claims and participating in an internship that laid the foundation for a successful career in the insurance industry. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Administration/Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an AA in Business Administration/Architecture from College of DuPage.
