Kyle Zdroik

Kyle Zdroik, CPIA, has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning Leader at Sentry since June 2013. In this role, Kyle partners with senior business leadership to drive learning strategies aligned with business goals and designs innovative learning programs that utilize various methods including digital and microlearning. Prior to this position, Kyle worked as an Account Executive and Sales Training Support Technician at Sentry, focusing on building relationships and enhancing sales training initiatives. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Senior Rental Representative at Penske Truck Leasing and as a Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager at Vector Marketing, where skills in sales, training, and customer service were developed. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
