Allison Hatton

Allison Hatton serves as the Learning & Development Leader for Squire Patton Boggs, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Allison was the Organizational Development Director at Sherwin-Williams from May 2009 to March 2021, where stewardship included managing talent strategies for over 16,000 employees across multiple global regions and leading a team responsible for various talent management functions. Additional roles at Sherwin-Williams included Learning & Management Development Manager, Learning and Development Manager, Training Specialist, and Information Technology Support Coordinator, focusing on sales leadership development and learning solutions across the organization. Allison began her career in account management with Heather B. Moore Inc. and RC Distributors following the attainment of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
