Rahul Avaghan

Rahul Avaghan has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Rahul is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Sentryc GmbH, where they resolve high-performance issues of the backend, validates product ideas, and improves the quality of frontend delivery. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at CoachHub - The digital coaching platform.

Before joining CoachHub, Rahul worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ImmobilienScout24, where they contributed to projects aimed at boosting agent profiles on the website. Rahul also worked as a Software Engineer at NT-ware Systemprogrammierung.

Rahul's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer and Customer Coordinator at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited. During their time there, they were responsible for software development using Java, J2EE, Spring data, Spring boot, NodeJS, and Microservices. Rahul played a key role in the development of the Activecockpit product and actively participated in customer requirement gathering. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Software Engineer, gaining experience in various service-oriented software products and working with technologies such as C#, .net, HTML, and JavaScript for application development.

Rahul Avaghan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from B. V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology in Hubli, India, from 2009 to 2013. Rahul then pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2023 to 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Rahul has obtained several certifications. Rahul completed courses on Leadership Foundations, Leadership: Practical Skills, Practical Influencing Techniques, Scrum: Advanced, and Strategic Thinking through LinkedIn. Rahul also achieved German language certifications, including German A1 from Fokus Sprachen & Seminare Stuttgart and German A2.1 from FOKUS Sprachen & Seminare München.
