Minati Sarma

Minati Sarma is an experienced engineer, currently serving as Lead Engineer at Senvion India. Prior to this role, Minati worked as a Lead Engineer at LM Wind Power, where they were involved in new product development and qualification of materials for turbine blades. With a background in thermal analysis, rheology, and mechanical testing, Minati has also held positions at DuPont and GHARDA CHEMICALS LIMITED. They hold a M.Tech in Plastics Engineering from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering Technology and a Master of Science in Polymer Science from Tezpur University.
