Melissa Limenyande

Melissa Limenyande is an experienced professional with a strong background in sports management and administration. Currently serving as a Guest English Teacher with EPIK since March 2020, Melissa previously worked with the South African Rugby Union as an Administrator for Women's Rugby from March 2016 to December 2019. In this role, Melissa successfully recruited over 500 new players, empowered over 50 volunteers as accredited rugby coaches, and managed numerous tournaments and events while developing a substantial player database. Prior to this, Melissa was a Regional Administrator for Development Rugby with the Western Province Rugby Football Union, overseeing schools rugby and event management for several tournaments. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Football Coach and event staffing at various venues. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Sport, Recreation & Exercise Science from the University of the Western Cape and additional degrees in Sport Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
