Jue Zhang

Jue Zhang is a seasoned CRM professional with extensive experience in the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as CRM Manager at Sephora China since July 2020, Jue is responsible for upgrading the CRM program to enhance customer recruitment, retention, and omni-channel behavior. Previously, Jue held the same title at ba&sh, where focus was on building a multi-channel CRM system and developing customer segmentation strategies. As Assistant CRM Manager at Groupe Beaumanoir, Jue revamped the CRM system and designed successful loyalty programs. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst at Albatross, where Jue provided market strategy insights to tier 1 luxury brands, and Senior Research Executive at 特恩斯, specializing in luxury automotive research. Jue possesses a Master's degree in International Business from Université Paris 8 and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
