Kristin Kitterman

Kristin Kitterman currently serves as the Head of Client Services at SEPHORA since September 2016. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of Vice President of Care Center Operations at Restoration Hardware from January 2007 to January 2016, where responsibilities included enhancing customer care operations and leading people development initiatives. Kristin's earlier experience at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. spanned from September 1994 to January 2007, starting as a Customer Service Associate and advancing through various roles, ultimately becoming a Business Analyst in Information Technology, where evaluation and improvement of customer-focused technology systems were key focuses. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Washington State University.
