Senem Korol

Senem Korol has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles across multiple industries. At SEPHORA, Senem currently serves as Head of HR. Previously, at Sanofi, positions held included Head of HR for the Specialty Care sector in the International and China region and HR Director for Turkey, Levant, and Iran. Earlier experience at Coca-Cola İçecek included HR Business Partner roles in Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain. Additional experience includes a role as Regional Head of HR for Arçelik Global. Beginning a career at The Coca-Cola Company, positions included Strategic Business Partner for East Central Africa and roles in Learning and Development. Senem holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Koç University.
