Sneha Narahalli is a seasoned product and user experience leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce and retail sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at SEPHORA, Sneha has held multiple roles including Head of Product & UX and Head of Digital Product since March 2021. Prior experience includes leadership as Product Management Director at Walmart eCommerce, where Sneha led initiatives like the Spark Delivery program and the delivery experience vision for customers and associates. Sneha also held significant positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, directing integrated retail initiatives and managing product roadmaps to enhance customer experience.
