Amaechi Nwogbe has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Amaechi started their career in 2004 as a Production Technologist at Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria, where they were responsible for maximizing oil production from wells and fields. In 2007, they joined Pan Ocean Oil Corporation as an Assistant Production Manager, overseeing all field production engineering activities.

In 2014, Nwogbe joined Seplat Petroleum as a Production Facilities Manager, where they managed oil and gas production facilities and liaised with the Asset Development Team on well behavior and management. Amaechi later moved to Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc, where they continued in the same role.

Throughout their career, Nwogbe has demonstrated expertise in production engineering, facility management, and optimizing oil production. Amaechi is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Amaechi Nwogbe (MNSE, COREN) completed a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Benin in the years 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, Amaechi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. The specific duration for the Bachelor's Degree is not provided.
