Stephen Kannike has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stephen started at Tech Mahindra Business Services in 2012, where they worked as a Customer Support Associate, delivering prepaid sales scripts to potential customers. In 2013, they joined 21st Century Technologies Limited, where their role involved IT support and customer service delivery. Stephen then moved on to 21ST CENTURY CORE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in 2014, serving as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, responsible for planning and coordinating the incoming goods, storage, and dispatch of items. In 2017, they joined AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited as a Loan Officer and Credit Risk Analyst, evaluating and recommending approval of commercial and real estate loans. Stephen joined Heritage Bank Plc in 2018 as a Contact Center Representative, resolving customer complaints, requests, and inquiries. Currently, they are working at Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc as an IT Service Desk Officer, responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Stephen Kannike completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Counsellor Education / Guidance and Counselling at the University of Ilorin from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Senior Secondary School Certificate in Commercial and Arts from Taidob College from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Stephen Kannike also earned a Graduate Certificate Membership & Proficiency in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) in December 2013.
