Elisa Evans Cunningham

Elisa Evans Cunningham is the current Chief Technology Officer at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). Elisa has previously held executive positions at Metrolink, DART, L3 Technologies, City of Dallas, EDS, and County of Riverside. Elisa has a strong background in technology leadership and has led various large-scale technology initiatives throughout their career. Additionally, Elisa is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Denver and has received executive education in Business Analytics from The Wharton School.
