Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is a seasoned transportation and customer service professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Chief Schedule Maker at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since January 2016. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at SEPTA, including Senior Schedule Maker and Rail and Bus Operator. Additionally, Jeff contributes to the Women's Center of Montgomery County as a Hotline Counselor and Event Staff, assisting victims of domestic abuse and bullying. Jeff also served as Treasurer and VP of Education for SEPTA Toastmasters from July 2017 to July 2020. Jeff's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Managing Computer Information Technology from Community College of Philadelphia and a BS in Social Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.
