Matthew Courchain

Matthew Courchain is an experienced digital communications professional currently serving as the Digital Communications Manager at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since June 2013, after previously holding the role of Senior Multi-Media Specialist. In this position, Matthew manages the Communications team and oversees various responsibilities, including the development of communications strategies, website content updates, and the organization of town halls. Prior to SEPTA, Matthew worked as a Communications Coordinator and Customer Service Associate at Baird Respiratory Therapy Incorporated, where responsibilities included overhauling communications strategies and managing the customer call center. Matthew also gained experience as a Communications Specialist/Engineer at Greater Media Philadelphia, focusing on website management for prominent radio stations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast, Telecommunications, and Mass Media from Temple University, earned in 2007.
