Sue Bernheim

Sue Bernheim is currently the Manager of Learning and Organization Development at SEPTA, where Sue leads a team in developing and implementing various training programs for employees. Prior to this role, Sue worked as a Leadership and Organization Development Consultant at Susan Bernheim Leadership Consulting and as a Director of Quality, Learning, and Performance at Aetna/US Healthcare. Bernheim also has experience as a Senior Consultant at SMS (now Siemens Corporation). Sue holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has a strong background in organizational development and leadership.
