Timothy Shirk is currently the Director of Communications and Signal Engineering at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), a position held since 2008. Prior to this role, Timothy served as a Project Designer and gained experience as a Project Engineer at Arinc Inc from 2001 to 2008 and as a Project Engineer for SYSTRA USA from 1999 to 2001.
