Etsuko Okajima

Etsuko Okajima is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Since June 2007, Etsuko has served as Chief Executive Officer at ProNova Inc., while also acting as Chief Human Resources Officer at euglena Co Ltd since December 2020. Etsuko holds board member positions at Marui Group and Septeni-Holdings, and provides advisory services to Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. and Globis Capital. As a professor at GLOBIS University - Graduate School of Management since 2006, Etsuko shares insights from an academic perspective. Etsuko earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, Etsuko has experience as an outside director at Astellas Pharma from June 2014 to June 2018.
